Samosa House llc by Khadija is a food, catering and events services business, specializes on authentic somali samosas, mandazis, minatos, spicy potatoes and more catering services to accommodate their clientele’s needs.
After the FREE consultation & strategy session, Khadija was interested to take us on our services deliverables. She needs an agency she can trust with her online presence while she focuses on doing what she does best, making tasteful somali samosas like no other.
She has little to no experience and knowledge of online marketing, so carrying her along was a little challenging. As an agency we always walk our client through everything we do so they understand What we have to do, Why we have to do it and How it impacts their results. Also her busy & tight schedules due to her work. She spends more time in the kitchen and at events that she’s not easily accessible.

Being a one product line store, Lady JB could not wrap her head around how to conceptualize her swarovski business into a premium looking store.
During the FREE Initial consultation, She explained the vision she has for her brand and the concept of the website she will love, pointing out a few references. However, base on the current state, the journey from vision to reality poses some major challenges such as;
Based on the segmentation and collection we will need to create to achieve the website, Lady JB needs to add more variety of products. The feet we are looking to achieve also need us to have product images that speak the part, and also thoughtfully creating collections around these products.
Other than little texts about the business and some customer testimonials, Bling Healed lacks proper brand messaging and contents to present the products, engage and convert visitors.
We worked with Lady JB to get more product images, explaining and showing reference on how to take the photos and we were able to get the product number up to 35
